Exercise: Start anywhere, but START!

Howdy all. Just a post-workout walk and chat. My intent is to encourage people to just get started with their health and fitness. You don’t have to wait for this or that to happen, or to over-commit to a killer program or a rigid time schedule or whatever. You can make – and will probably ONLY make progress when you GET STARTED, then BE CONSISTENT with what you’re doing. Start by walking 30 minutes every day or an hour every couple days. If it’s hot as hell, like here in Texas, join Planet Fitness for literally $10 a month and walk on their treadmills! Sign up for Beachbody on Demand here and do workouts right in your living room – there’s something for everyone, from beginners to hard core athletes. But whatever you choose, you’ve got to be like Nike and JUST DO IT! Start right where you are with what you’ve got. You’ll be surprised how quickly you make progress if you’ll just begin, then rinse and repeat!! Make it SO my friends!! Peace and blessings to you ~ Jim
