Workout accountability. P90 Sweat A. The immune problem is persisting, but I ditched the steroids because they were making me lethargic and gain weight. Tonight was a good cardio starter-kit workout to get back in the groove.
It is also a word of caution: I am used to the heat and enjoy working out in a hot garage. If you want to do that, you should acclimatize yourself over a period of several days of short-time exposure and monitor your heart rate regularly. Additionally, hot or not – but especially if doing a hot workout like this – HYDRATE like a mad man!! Okay, that’s it for today! Peace and blessings all~ Jim
