We have dozens and dozens of excellent workout programs for all levels and all goals, available in one place for one low annual price (or even month to month, if you like). Turn on the TV, head to BOD, pick your workout plan, and push “Play” – then just follow the trainers and get yourself in excellent shape!
Nutrition
Depending upon whom you read/listen to, you’ll find that most folks consider nutrition to constitute anywhere from 50% to 90% of your health and fitness results, at least in terms of body composition and appearance. With exercise, you can be pretty fit, but still be “fat” and not look/feel the way you’d like. With the combination of exercise and a solid nutrition plan, you can be unstoppable! General Wellness
If you’re anything like me, you’ve occasionally struggled with mood problems like anxiety, depression, etc., especially over the past few years, since the beginning of the pandemic. Exercise and nutrition can go a long way towards alleviating a lot of that, by decreasing the toxicity of your diet, improving your immune system, triggering a positive hormonal environment, etc. But it has become more and more apparent over the past 20 years that meditative practices can have an enormous impact on our mental/ emotional health and wellness.
